With a background in interior design, she can see the true potential of a property and is skilled at identifying opportunities to build equity and wealth through real estate. This includes knowing how to service a Seller(s) listing; carefully stage the property, price them right for best results, as well as recognize Buyer(s) opportunities throughout the Atlanta communities she serves. “I love listening to my clients; their stories, and making a lasting connection,” Nicole says. Building equity in real estate has had a lasting impact on my life. I like to share my skills, experience, and expertise in navigating through the ever-changing world of real estate.  

 

Highly engaged and business-focused, Nicole has a background in building investor portfolios and interior design. “Both interior design and working with investors keep you accountable and focused on the details,” she says. Nicole made a move to real estate in 2004 because she wanted a career that was more personally satisfying, one where she could truly connect with clients, build wealth, and create beautiful spaces.

 

Southern born and raised, Nicole grew up in the Blue Ridge Mountains of upper-east Tennessee. While Nicole has lived all over Atlanta, from Buckhead to East Atlanta to the SWATS and finally West Midtown, “Intown Atlanta” is where Nicole Kay has called home for the last 25 years. When Nicole is not working she enjoys cooking, gardening, supporting local businesses, attending festivals, browsing farmer’s markets, and boutiques…all while buying local of course!
